A wonderful project completed for a great CM in Consigli Construction and a great Owner in Pfizer, the KSQ2 Levels 4 and 5 project aimed to re-vamp and improve the capability of available lab space and quality of office space for Pfizer’s Kendall Square “2” building. This was achieved! Feedback from Consigli and Pfizer was immensely positive and TLC has continued to complete projects for these great organizations. Highlights of the KSQ2 project include feature millwork soffits in the open spaces, double-layer Type C drywall partitions and glass headers, and extensive Level 5 finish areas.
