A large, phased renovation project to expand the Cleanroom manufacturing capacity to an existing building that never ceased occupation or production. The building remain fully occupied and in production. The renovation project produced over 400,000 square feet of newly renovated space, including mostly cleanrooms and cleanroom support rooms with high-performance coatings. The project team managed project logistics, personnel, and material deliveries in accordance with the Owner’s security standards. Tight Line completed extensive scope on the project including:

1. Exterior Wall Assemblies

2. Hydric Buffer Matt and Closed-Cell Spray Insulation

3. Non-structural Metal Framing & Drywall

4. Durabond 90 Only Special Wall Prep for Epoxy Coatings

5. Installation of HM Frames, Doors, & Hardware
